Assignment 4

I will get the videos on Monday and start them ASAP sir,and I am already slim..too slim no padding *sigh*,however i will start watching my calorie intake and tracking it.

  1. That's ok for your to be slim without padding. In fact, I prefer my sissies to be very slender (not unhealthily so, but up to that point is ideal.) The buns of steel videos will help you tone your ass and thighs, and the pilates will assist your core, so you don't have an ugly poochy tummy. Trust me, you'll be glad you undertook my training, you'll be the best sissy girl you can be.
